Lush Beddings Retun Policy
Lush Beddings offers returns and exchanges, but the timeframe and process depend on the situation:
Within 7 Days:
- If you find any defects or damage within 7 days of receiving your order, you can contact Lush Beddings via WhatsApp or email for a full refund.
- You can choose to receive your refund through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank account.
After 7 Days (up to 30 Days):
- Exchanges are only possible after 7 days and up to 30 days of receiving your order.
- You'll need to contact Lush Beddings again to initiate the exchange process.
- It's important to note that you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
General Points:
- Regardless of the timeframe, you'll need to provide evidence of any damaged goods by sending a clear picture to Lush Beddings via WhatsApp or email.
- Lush Beddings will accept returns for products purchased online at a physical store.
- They recommend contacting customer support for any return or exchange requests, even if you plan to return to a store with your receipt (within 7 days).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
