- What materials are your bedding products made from?
- Bedsheets: We use high-quality fabric for bedsheets, we are creating our own bedsheets. They are smooth, soft and non-slippery. We, Lush Beddings' are making in various fabric mention below.
- PolyCotton: PolyCotton known as PC which is made of 52% Polyester & 48% Cotton
- Cotton: Cotton bedsheets are made of 100% cotton fibres

- What sizes are your bedding products available in?
- Our bedding products are available in a variety of standard sizes to fit most beds. You'll find the available sizes listed on each product page.
- How do I care for my Lush Bedding products?
- We want your bedding to last! Care instructions are included with each product and are also available on our website. These typically include washing and drying recommendations.
Orders & Shipping
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days for locations within Pakistan. Processing time is not included in this timeframe. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- What are your shipping costs?
- We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 for orders below PKR 3000. Orders exceeding PKR 3000 qualify for free shipping within Pakistan!
- Can I track my order?
- Absolutely! You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
- We want you to love your Lush Beddings products! You can return any unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you have a valid reason for the return. You can find our full return policy on our website [link to return policy].
- How do I exchange an item?
- Exchanges are only possible after 7 days and up to 30 days of receiving your order.Please contact customer support to initiate the exchange process. You'll be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

- Please read the Description of the product, it is written. Or Refer to the Sizing chart.
- What is in the package for each Size?
- Single (1x Flat Sheet 1x Pillow & 2x Pillows)
- Double/Queen/King (1x Flat Sheet 2x Pillows & 4x Pillows)
- Will the out of stock items be restocked?
- We are sorry but the products we currently have are not restock-able.
- What is the Return policy?
- You Can return the product within 7 days from the delivery, however a valid reason is needed. Please check our Return Policy page.

- What are the Payment Methods?

- What are The Shipping Charges?
- Currently The whole store is offering free shipping on order above PKR 3000.
Return & Exchange:
- Our Return & Exchange policy allows you up to 7 days to check the product for any defects or damage
- In case you find any of them simply contact us through WhatsApp or Email.
- If you want the refund when you return the product. You will receive it through JazzCash, EasyPaisa or Bank Account.
- If you want to exchange the item you received contact through WhatsApp or Email.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return of the product, once this product is received at our warehouse and after checking the product then we can start the refund/exchange process.
